    Shariah governance.

siola is a technology platform — it does not itself provide financing. Funding is provided exclusively by Shariah-compliant funding partners, each governed by its own Shariah board.

    Commodity Murabaha structure

siola connects suppliers to funding partners who provide early payment through a Commodity Murabaha (Tawarruq) structure. The partner purchases and on-sells an asset at a disclosed, fixed mark-up — there is no interest (riba) at any point in the transaction.

    Fatwa & certification

Each funding partner operates under its own qualified Shariah board and obtains a Fatwa for its program structures. siola only routes transactions to Shariah-compliant funders — it neither issues financing nor certifies it.

    Ongoing oversight

Funding partners keep their programs under continuing Shariah review. siola onboards only partners that maintain this oversight, so the funding routed through the platform stays Shariah-compliant over time.
